Our process for handling any project, whether a large-scale production or small social event, our approach is the same: Discover, Execute and Evaluate.
Discover
The key to planning your event is listening. We actively listen to your needs through a series discovery meetings and our team will ask insightful questions to determine your vision, goals and objectives. Not sure what you want? We ask the right questions to find out. From the discovery phase we will create a project strategy and/or a design illustrations.
Execute
Our team will utilize what was learned during the discover process to deliver superior results. We conduct regular internal team meetings and client communication to ensure we are on the right track and make adjustments as necessary.
Evaluate
This phase is important to determine the effectiveness of the project. We develop the evaluation tools necessary to determine the effectiveness of your project. Effectiveness can be measured in several ways, including but not limited to attendee feedback, client feedback, performance metrics, budget versus actual spend, etc. We will determine the evaluation tool during the discovery process.
