300 East Main is a brand new, modern event space opening in spring 2012 with the addition of the third floor event spaces in Winter 2012/2013.This ultra hip, urban New York/Miami loft inspired space is conveniently located in the historical city of Downtown Durham, North Carolina . Our space is a beautifully restored 1920’s building. It was originally built by the Masons and later converted in the 40’s as an automobile dealership. It’s restored interior has been designed to couple the historical past with a big city presence.
300 East Main will host the most casual as well as upscale elegant events, and is perfect for the transition from a classic wedding to a spirited reception. We also provide a full range of event services suited to accommodate both small and large events including Corporate Meetings, Conventions, Dinners, Birthdays and more. Superior service and a warm and inviting atmosphere set the mood for clients and guests alike, while our three separate event spaces, in-house offerings, competitive pricing, and unique one-stop shop event services. 300 East Main will feature stunning black stained, high gloss concrete floors surrounded by towering floor to ceiling windows, soaring 24-foot ceilings, and two levels of divisible event space. 300 East Main's multi level spacecan be combined offering over 10,000 square feet of floor space with optional private roof top deck experience.
